Peak Power is a high performance training centre that has a dedicated Weightlifting area with 11 platforms and squat racks completely outfitted with Eleiko bars. A separate dedicated area for free weights that includes a rig with many squat and bench stations, specialty bars, landmines, prowlers, sleds, TRX's, med balls, plyo boxes, a force and curve treadmills, 2 ER competition powerlifitng squat/bench stations, a bike room and a various amount of other equipment.
Michael Souster coach and owner of Peak Power. Michael has his MSc in Exercise Physiology; is the head strength and conditioning coach at Peak Power. He has been involved with Olympic weightlifting for over 15 years. Currently Michael is the Southern Alberta NCCP clinic learning facilitator for Olympic weightlifting.
Rob Gray BKin, CSCS, ChPC NCCP Weightlifting Level II. Rob has been involved with Olympic weightlifting for over 15 years as a coach and competed for 10 of those years as an athlete. Lifting background includes BC Team member and Heavyweight Snatch record holder, multiple time medalist at Western Canadian Championships and Canadian National Championships. Previous National team athlete and coach with Bobsleigh Canada Skeleton and professional Highland Games athlete.
