Peak Power has a dedicated Weightlifting area, a separate dedicated area for free weights that include three squat racks, a full power cage, treadmills, a bike room and a various amount of other equipment.
Michael Souster is the coach of Peak Power. Michael has his MSc in Exercise Physiology; is the head strength and conditioning coach at Peak Power. He has been involved with Olympic weightlifting for over 15 years. Currently Michael is the Southern Alberta NCCP clinic learning facilitator for Olympic weightlifting.
